Custom Anniversary calendar wreath kit with personalised cross stitch pattern.

This classic leaf wreath has a custom centre calendar pattern of your special date. The calendar replicates the calendar month of your anniversary and the number of the day is replaced with a heart.

The pattern measures 100 stitches wide by 103 stitches high.

This kit comes in two sizes:

Small – supplied with a 6” hoop and 18 count aida

Large – supplied with an 8” hoop and 14 count aida
